About Us

I'd like to think my biggest strength is my ability to relate to anyone on a fitness journey - because trust me I tried it all.


The path to achieving your desired figure can be daunting, it can be difficult and it can be all consuming. 


In my younger years I was no stranger to vomiting a meal up in order to cut calories, to smoking and drinking coffee to suppress my appetite, to training 7 hours a day and using caffeine tablets to stay awake, and I'm no stranger to spending my weekly wage on supplements which were doing nothing for me. 


I started at 65kg, starving myself for days in order to maintain a lean physique. I then moved to 115kg, consuming McDonalds everyday thinking the more calories the better.


After all my ups and downs I feel I'm finally in control and succeeding both inside and out. 


My aim is to help you achieve the best physique of your life, while taking the guess work out of this process and stop you from running into the road blocks that I ran into. Any good coach should be working with one purpose: get you to your ideal physique and teach you how to keep it for life. Ultimately my focus will be to bring you to a place where you no longer need me.

I've always loved a challenge and for me, exercise & strength training is the most rewarding challenge you can find! Originally I would use exercise as an emotional outlet and felt terrified of food. I then stumbled across the gym community that was centred around personal growth and encouragement, it was at this point my mindset & goals both changed.

I began to see food as a much need FUEL & become addicted to the forever thriving feeling of successfully finishing a workout. Since developing my own awareness into health & nutrition I've become dedicated to a career that helps others achieve the same mindset growth that I myself have gone through. I want to help others feel empowered by providing them with the necessary tools to get through the obstacles that I came across.

I've spent almost 10 years dedicated to this path, a path that brought me to the Victorian competition stage in the International Federation of Bodybuilding.

Video Technique Analysis & Correction

It's not uncommon to be nervous before trying a new exercise, maybe this is the first time you're stepping foot into the gym? We want you to be as comfortable as you can with the movements we've programmed for you to ensure both RESULTS & SAFTEY. We program ourselves doing the movements for you or alternatively you can send videos of you attempting the movement and we can break down any improvements we deem necessary to get further results.
